Day 1: Pick up from your hotel to transfer to Kibale National Park

In the morning, the driver guide will pick you up from your hotel to transfer to Kibale National Park. You will take the quickest and popular route via Mubende and Fort portal. Enjoy beautiful views of the typical African village setup, tea estates, and vibrant towns along the drive ways. On arrival, you will check into your lodge then later head out for a simple community Village Tour before retiring Dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Chimp Trekking and Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Our guide will pick you up from the hotel to go trek the habituated chimpanzees in Kibale. The Morning (AM) Chimp trekking starts at 8 starting from Kanyanchue visitor area. After briefing, you will be guided to trek in Kabale rainy forest which is home to over 1500 Chimpanzees. The forest walk is quite interesting and besides the Chimpanzees, it features other primate species like the red-tailed monkeys, red colobus monkeys among others.
After your Chimpanzee Trekking activity, you will have lunch then transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park, famously known for a high wildlife concentration and Kazinga Channel. You will transfer to your Lodge for Dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Morning game drive & boat cruise along Kazinga channel

Start the day with an early game drive in the Kasenyi plains to look out for animals such as Elephants, lions, Buffalos, Leopards, Uganda kobs etc. The best time of the day for the morning Game drives is around 6:30AM as animals are active during cooler hours. You will also enjoy a rich bird life and thereafter go for lunch. After lunch you will go for 2hrs Boat cruise on the famous Kazinga channel, a 36kms channel linking Lake George – Lake Edward.
A boat cruise along the kazinga Channel offers a unique wildlife experience. Animals to look out for include Hippos, Elephants, Crocodiles, buffalos and abundant bird life. The boat cruise rewards you with beautiful landscapes, lush vegetation and viewing local fishing communities. Transfer to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Transfer to Bwindi Natinal Park with a game drive in Ishasha

You will have breakfast then drive to the Gorilla Park of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park through the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park. The Ishasha is known for the tree-climbing lions. The Ishasha is a beautiful landscape with savannah woodland tree species. The Lions in the Ishasha sector make the highlight of the Safari in the Area.
You will continue to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and on arrival, you will check into your lodge for relaxation, Dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Gorilla Trekking at Bwindi

On this day, you will be trekking the endangered Mountain Gorillas of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park – a lifetime experience. You will be oriented about the trekking before going for a hike in Uganda’s oldest and most biologically diverse rainforest.
In the company of the park ranger, you will set off to trek one of the habituated Gorilla Families. The trekking is done through forested slopes, thick vegetation and bamboo forests.
Once the family of mountain gorillas has been located, you will be allowed to enjoy an hour with the gentle giants, quietly observing how they feed, play and interact within the family. After trekking you will return to the lodge for relaxation.

Day 6: Bwindi to Kigali

Have breakfast in the morning, then check out of the lodge for your transfer to your Hotel in Kigali or Kigali International Airport which marks the end of your Safari.

Day 1: Depart for Lake Mburo National Park

An afternoon Boat ride and Night Game drive
In the morning at 6:00am, you will be picked up to start your drive to Lake Mburo National Park. The driver guide will brief you more about the 2 Days Wildlife Safari. You will go through towns like Lyantonde and Masaka. On arrival in the park, continue for lunch at any hotel or lodge, then proceed for the afternoon boat cruise on lake Mburo. You will have a great time having a chance to see different animals like the crocodiles, hippos, topis and birds like the fish eagles. In the night, you go for a game drive which offers a thrilling opportunity to spot animals like hynas, bush babies, leopards, among other animals. After your night Game drive, transfer to your Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Nature Walk and transfer to Kampala

Have an early morning breakfast and start off for a guided nature walk through the park. During this time, you will have the opportunity to explore and see different animals such as buffaloes, antelopes, zebras, hyenas, topis, hippos, also not forgetting the different bird species. After your nature walk, you will drive out of park, and head to Kampala, having a stopover in Masaka for lunch and proceed to Kampala, with a drop at your residence or at the airport which marks the end of your Safari.

Day 1: Transfer from Kampala to Kibale National Park

In the morning, you will be picked up by the safari driver guide from Whitan Safaris to transfer to Kibale National Park. You will drive out of Kampala to Kibale National Park, enjoying the typical African village setup and tea plantations along the drive ways. On arrival, You will visit some of the crater lakes before transferring to your lodge for Dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Chimpanzee Habituation and Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

The driver guide will pick you up from the lodge in the early morning to head for the chimpanzee Habituation trekking in Kibale Forest. During your Habituation activity, you will watch the chimpanzees having their day routine of feeding, grooming young ones, playing and you will have the opportunity to capture. After your Chimpanzee Habituation activity, you will walk back to meet your driver guide for a transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Gorilla Habituation and Cultural Tour

In the morning, you will be picked up from your Lodge to go for your Gorilla Habituation activity.
Together with the trackers, researchers and the rangers, you will then head to the jungle to meet the Gorilla family that you will watch for four hours. After the 4 hours of habituation experience, you then trek back to the starting point where you meet the driver guide to go for your next activity.

After having lunch, you will go for a community cultural tour which includes dance performances, and if you wish, you can actively take part in the performance. You will drive to your lodge for Dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Transfer to Kigali.

Have breakfast in the morning, then transfer to Kigali, where you will have a sightseeing Tour in Kigali which marks the end of your safari.

Day 1: Kigali City Tour

One of our experienced driver guides will pick you from your hotel or residence in Kigali to begin your safari with a city tour in the cleanest City, Kigali. The Kigali City tour features the Genocide Memorials, Hotel Mille Collins, and the Local markets in Kigali. Later, you will drive back to your Hotel for Dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Transfer to Bwindi

In the morning, you will have breakfast and thereafter, transfer to visit the Twin Lakes of Burera and Ruhondo. You will have a boat cruise, to view different Islands and other unique geographic formation features as well as connecting with the local communities. You will then transfer to Bwindi through rolling Hills and scenic views of the pearl. Dinner and overnight at your Lodge.

Day 3: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi and transfer to Volcanoes

On this day, you will be picked up and transfer to the briefing point for the briefing exercise on how to behave and interact with the gorillas in the wild. After the briefing, you will be led into the forest to start your unforgettable Gorilla Hike in Bwindi impenetrable National Park. The Gorilla trekking experience from start to finish is amazing. You will spend an hour with the Mountain Gorillas before walking back to the starting point to meet your driver guide. You will then connect to Volcanoes National Park. Dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Golden Monkey Trekking and Cultural Entertainment

Enjoy breakfast in the morning, then transfer to the briefing point at Kinigi Park office in preparation for Golden Monkey trek. You will then be led for the trek and the Golden trekking experience, you will be driven to the Guardian Village community at Iby’wachu for a thrilling cultural experience through use of bows and arrows, dressing code, poems and dances in which, you can be actively involved. In the evening drive back to your Lodge for Dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Transfer back to Kigali

Our company representative and driver guide will pick you up from your residence or Hotel to go for the Kampala City Tour. Some of the top attractions/ Places you will visit on this Kampala City Tour include the following:

Namugongo Martyr’s Shrine that commemorates the twenty-two Ugandan Christians that were burnt alive between 1885 and 1887, by the then King of Buganda the late Kabaka Mwanga for not denouncing their faith. Some were burnt live while others speared or beheaded. The establishment of the martyrs’ shrine in Namugongo is one of the major pilgrimage and tourist site.

Lubaga Cathedral: Located at Lubaga Hill in Kampala, St. Mary’s Cathedral Lubaga is a historic site. It’s a significant landmark in Kampala because Rubaga is the mother church of the Roman Catholic Archidiocese of Kampala. The architecture, and a grand interior gives it a unique touch.

Gaddafi Mosque: The mosque is located atop Kampala Hill overlooking the city center. The towering mosque offers an insight into islam and art, as well as the best cityscape view of Kampala City.

Lubiri (Kabaka’s Mengo Palace): The Lubiri is the palace or the official residence for the King or Kabaka of the Buganda Kingdom. It is a magnificent, historical site on top of Mango Hill. The Mengo palace is the capital of the current or reigning King of Buganda. The king has several palaces across the kingdom but this particular one at Mengo is regarded as the main one. The Kampala city tour may not be complete without a visit to the Palace.

Namirembe Cathedral: Founded in 1890, St.Paul’s Cathedral stands majestically on Namirembe Hill. It is a spiritual heartbeat and a historic treasure with stained glass honoring the Uganda Martyrs and Kings.

Bahai Temple: Uganda is lucky to have the Bahai Temple in Africa, a symbol of the divine uniting force and one of the eight continental worshiping houses of the Bahai Faith. Bahai Temple has got unique architecture and sits on a hill overlooking several suburbs of Kampala. The lush lawns, trees and flowery plants teem with birds and butterflies to acknowledge that Uganda is Gifted

After your day tour of the Kampala Capita, you can choose to spend the evening at the Ndere Cultural Center for some entertainment through cultural dances, or you can choose to drive back to your residence which marks the end of your Safari.

Day 1: Kigali Sightseeing & Transfer to Mgahinga

This trip will preferably start from Kigali and end in Kigali. The driver guide and destination expert will pick you up in the morning to go for a sightseeing Tour in Kigali, featuring Kigali Genocide memorial Centre, to learn more about the 1994 Genocide, Hotel Des Mille Collines, Inema Art Center, to discover Rwanda’s arts, the Kimironko Market, and some other Historical and Modern sites. You will then embark on the Journey to connect to Mgahinga Gorilla National Park. On arrival, you will transfer to your Hotel for Dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Volcanoes Gorilla Trekking in Mgahinga Gorilla National Park

You will have an early breakfast, then drive to the park Headquarters of Mgahinga Gorilla National Park. Briefing will be done on the rules and guidelines to follow while trekking the Mountain Gorillas. Together with ranger and trackers, you will then start the trek and when you find the Gorillas, you will be in the presence of these gentle giants for an hour to observe and take photos. After an hour of observation, the Rangers will escort you back to the starting point where you will meet your Guide for your next program. You will have lunch then take a short community cultural Tour. Dinner and overnight at your Lodge.

Day 3: Sabinyo Volcano Hike & back to Kigali

Have breakfast in the morning, the head out for briefing at the park Headquarters about the hike. You will be guided for a walk-through bamboo forest as you look out for some wildlife in the forest. Hike to summit the second peak at 3,537 M and the tri-boader peak shared by Uganda, Rwanda and DR Congo. After the hike, you will walk back to meet the guide to drive back to Kigali which marks the end of your safari.

A complete 2 Days Murchison Falls National Park Safari

Day 1: Depart from Kampala to Murchison Falls National Park

In the morning at 6:00am, you will be picked up from your place of residence or hotel to transfer to Uganda’s biggest National Park along Kampala-Gulu highway. The drive takes about 4-5 hours, and once at Murchison Falls National Park, you will have lunch and thereafter, go for a boat cruise on the Nile. Look out for hippos and other animals that relax along the banks of the river Nile such as the Buffalos, warthogs, and lots of bird species. After the boat cruise, you will hike to the top oof the falls, which gives you a great opportunity for photography and sightseeing. You will then be transferred to your lodge for Dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Game Drive, Travel to Kampala

Following an early morning breakfast, you will set out for a game drive by 6:30am. Follow the Park trails in search for different animals. Explore the major game tracks, Queen and Albert for spectacular sightings of wildlife such as Uganda Kobs, giraffes, antelopes, elephants, lions, Jackals, hyenas, buffalos, baboons, different birds, Jackson’s Hartebeests, and hopefully the elusive leopards among others.

After the Game drive, you will drive out of the park for your return journey to Kampala. You may stop over at the Kabalega Dinner on the Kampala/Gulu highway for lunch. Your driver guide will drop you at your place of residence or Airport which marks the end of your Safari.

Day 1: Arrival to Bwindi Forest National Park

Upon arrival at the Entebbe International Airport or Kigali International airport, the driver Guide will pick you up for a scenic and breathtaking drive to Bwindi. You will drive through the undulating hills of the country side, magnificent views with lots of green vegetation, vibrant tea plantations, local charm of the village people to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. On arrival, you will transfer to your lodge for dinner

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Forest National Park

After having an early breakfast, your driver guide will transfer you to the park headquarters for a comprehensive briefing about how to behave and interact with the gorillas in the wild. The ranger guide will then lead you to start your gorilla adventure of trekking or searching for the habituated gorilla family in the park. Once you meet the gorillas, you will spend up to 1 hour with them, watching their interactions, feeding behavior before you start your descent back to meet your driver guide. You will go for another adventure on the cultural trail in the community before retiring for Dinner and overnight at your Lodge. Dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Depart to Kampala/ Entebbe or Kigali

Day 1: Arrival to Kibale Forest National Park

On arrival at the airport, Entebbe International Airport, you will be picked up by the driver guide for a transfer to Kibale Forest National Park located a few kilometers away from the tourism city – Fort Portal Town. You will have lunch, then check in for relaxation, Dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Chimpanzee Trekking in Kibale Forest National Park

You will have an early morning breakfast then transfer to the park headquarters for briefing and guidelines for the chimpanzee Trekking activity. After the briefing, you will set off in company of a park ranger, to trek the Chimpanzees for about 2-4 hours. Once you find the Chimpanzees, you will be allowed an hour in their presence to enable you observe how they feed, play, and interact. After the one-hour observation, you will walk back to meet your driver guide to take you for lunch. You will then head out for your community activity which involves visiting the women projects which including basket weaving, Banana juice making, coffee experiences among other activities. You will return to your Lodge for Dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Hike to the top of the world – Depart to Kampala/ Entebbe

You will have an early morning breakfast, then start your morning Hike to visit different craters and hike to the top of the world. From here, you will drive back to Kampala which marks the end of your Safari.

The journey to Bwindi typically begins at 3:00 am with a drive northward through the Katuna border point, which passes through Kabale town in Uganda, to the southern part of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.

You will be picked up from your residence in the morning to depart Kigali for the budget Gorilla trekking to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. The journey from Kigali to Bwindi is approximately 4 hours. You will cross the borders of Katuna or Cyanika, and arriving at the park headquarters in Bwindi for briefing and guidelines or regulations to follow while in the jungle.

After briefing, you will be divided into groups of 8 or less (depending on the season) to go in the bush to look for mountain gorillas. Depending on where these endangered animals are, this could take you several hours. Upon meeting the mountain Gorillas, only one hour will be offered for interaction. You will be able to take photos, see the animals feed and play. You will then walk back to the park’s headquarters, to meet your driver guide. You will have lunch and thereafter, head back to Kigali which marks the end of your Safari.
