Uganda Safari Tours

This 2-day Nairobi City and National Park Safari combines the energy of Kenya’s capital with unforgettable wildlife encounters. The journey introduces you to Nairobi’s cultural history through visits to important landmarks such as the Nairobi National Museum, Karen Blixen Museum, and the famous Giraffe Centre. You will also have time to enjoy the city’s vibrant atmosphere with an optional evening experience.
On the second day, step into nature with an exciting game drive in Nairobi National Park, where wildlife roams freely against the backdrop of the city skyline. The safari ends with a meaningful visit to the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust to learn about elephant conservation. This short but rewarding tour is perfect for travelers looking for a mix of culture, wildlife, and authentic local experiences.
Your adventure begins with a pick-up from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or your hotel in Nairobi. The first stop is the Nairobi National Museum, where you will learn about Kenya’s rich culture, history, and natural heritage through well-curated exhibits.
Afterwards, continue to the Karen Blixen Museum, once home to the famous author of Out of Africa. Walk through the historic house and peaceful gardens while learning about Kenya’s colonial past. Later, visit the Giraffe Centre, a conservation sanctuary for the endangered Rothschild giraffe. Here you will have a chance to feed giraffes and take memorable photos while learning about conservation efforts.
In the evening, enjoy dinner at a local restaurant and, if you wish, experience Nairobi’s lively nightlife scene with music, entertainment, or a relaxed city outing (optional). Overnight stay in Nairobi.
Start the day early with a short drive to Nairobi National Park, one of the only wildlife parks located near a capital city. Enjoy a morning game drive in search of lions, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, and a variety of bird species while enjoying views of the Nairobi skyline.
After the game drive, relax with a picnic lunch inside the park surrounded by nature. Later, visit the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, where you will learn about the rescue and rehabilitation of orphaned elephants. Watch the young elephants during feeding or mud-bath sessions while gaining insight into Kenya’s conservation work.
In the afternoon, you will be transferred back to your hotel or to the airport for your departure, marking the end of your memorable Nairobi city and wildlife experience.
